Order & Delivery
You can order Kanvazz wall coverings through our extensive network of agents or directly from us, by telephone or by email.
- Our warehouse employees pack the three-meter-long rolls according to the order.
- “Kanvazz by Slots” works together with express services or experienced third-party transport companies.
- Do not forget to check the rolls upon arrival. If there is any issue/damage please register a reservation on the document of the forwarder at the moment of the reception of the goods. Complaints should also be reported to Slots within 2 working days after delivery (kanvazz@slots.be). Slots®PURETextiles can not be held responsible if this procedure is not being followed.
